Coral is the newest member of the Urban Promise team! She joined the UrbanPromise staff as the Director of Interns & Volunteers in May 2010. Her educational background consists of a myriad of different Bible Colleges and Universities, namely Briercrest College and UBC. Coral recently graduated from UBC with a degree in Near Eastern Studies and Anthropology. She is excited to become part of the Urban Promise team and is looking forward to the many adventures to come!
Coral grew up in the Fraser Valley, lived in Saskatchewan for a bit and then ventured to China where she taught English. She currently lives downtown and loves it! Coral spends her free time - rain or shine - at the Ocean and is looking forward to taking up scuba diving and paddle surfing. She loves riding her bike, eating sushi and working as the PR Exec for The Society For The Study of Egyptian Antiquities. For Coral, every good day starts with a good cup of coffee (16oz medium roast in a 20oz cup...2% milk & 1 sugar) and ends with a new color of nail polish. She is a big fan of I Love Lucy, and while she is not a fan of eggs, her favourite breakfast is Eggs Benedict!
