Interns

The Internship program gives Interns opportunities to grow personally and spiritually through working at our kids’ programs, living in community with other interns, one-on-one mentoring, pursuing spiritual disciplines, and volunteering in the neighbourhood.

Academic Year Internship: This is a 9 month commitment to a discipleship experience where you will develop leadership skills, live in community with other young adults from different cultures, become a positive role model for children in under-resourced neighbourhoods and much more. Interns receive training both prior to working at programs and throughout the year, while working alongside a seasoned Site Director. They also volunteer in the local community and participate in classes that are designed to raise awareness about the issues urban families face on a daily basis, provide theological understanding and discussion, strengthen understanding about missions and service, and to work better with people.
