Urban Promise

Our WorkGroup program provides a mission opportunity of one or more days for church groups.  We want to make WorkGroup participants feel welcome and useful by keeping them busy serving whether at our programs or in our office.  In turn, WorkGroups encourage our staff by providing much needed behind the scenes support and new energy to our programs.

The WorkGroup program offers teams the opportunity to expand their discipleship experience, gain more self-awareness and serve in urban communities – both hands on and behind the scenes.  UrbanPromise WorkGroups experience God’s call to service, the giftedness of the children and their unique value, and the reward of working together as a team.

Workgroups can be a high school youth groups, multi-generational teams, and college teams. They can join our team for a day, a weekend or a week.
