Whether you served as an intern with us for a few weeks, a summer or more than a year, you are a part of a network that now includes over 100 young people who have joined us in ministry and have had a positive impact on the lives of children and youth in our city. Over the years, we've had 18-year-old interns straight out of high school, 21-year-old interns taking a summer "off" to serve and 26-year-old interns making a career change. We've had interns come from the Lower Mainland, from across Canada, from the US (Washington to New Jersey) and from overseas - England, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scotland, Australia and New Zealand. As a whole, our interns have helped to shape our programs and have offered our kids new opportunities to grow and learn. Individually, you've shared your faith (in words and action), built significant relationships and hopefully taken away new insight and understanding into God's plan for you. In general, we couldn't have done it without you and we are proud of who you've become and the things you are doing in other areas of the world. We are hopeful that you will continue to connect with and be a part of the work of UrbanPromise.
